All items sold through www.martele.com are guaranteed as represented, and have a no questions return policy as long as the items are returned within the same condition as when they were shipped.  Returns are accepted by contacting us (see the contact information) WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT of the item for the full purchase price minus the shipping charges upon the return.  No returns will be accepted after the 5 day contact period.
